Frustration Card Credit Card Fraud Frustration!!?

Credit card fraud frustration!!? - frustration card

I have 2 credit cards you use regularly. I pay every month and I really need any credit cards. However, I agree as a card at the pump and online shopping to be used.

But over the last 3 months, my two cards have been victims of online fraud. Basically someone has my card and buy things online with it. I am outside, but it's very frustrating. I worry more you make, the more my money is in danger.

I told my husband, we have no reason to use credit cards, so we pay money for everything we buy in person. But what about online shopping? Online shopping is an important part of my life - I live in the city and not drive to the suburbs to shop. I have a hobby, basically, you have to buy some things online, because she can not get locally.

There is no decent alternative to not using a credit card? Please do not go to the debit card - no way I'm entering data online.

MBNA MasterCard has a very interesting feature that comes with it. It's called "ShopSafe".

If you make a purchase online, you can access your MBNA account, and select the option "ShopSafe. You get a popup that allows you a cap on the amount and date of expiry set to purchase, so a single can.

Then they put a temporary account number that works exactly like your real credit card. Use this information to the basket and you'll never again use your number line.

For example, if you see something that costs $ 48.93 Joe's Internet Shop of Horrors, "had the limit at $ 50 and will end in 2 months would like to buy. If Joe wants to pay more than $ 50 to your card will be rejected . If good old Joe tries to make another charge without authorization in a few months ago, will once again be rejected. This item does not control for all other transactions, save the work of Joe.

It works very well to stop the additional costs if they want to try somethingIntroduction of a first credit card. It would be the line of one dollar or less on the price of the process. In order to retain jurisdiction, would the company that you have a new number, because for them contact, would "limit" for your business.

I apologize to all the Joe's out there, I try not to take with you ..... :-)

More and more online sellers accept PayPal as a payment method. Paypal is very secure, so that it would open a PayPal account. You can use your bank or credit card through PayPal. (Or both). When you visit the PayPal website, I think there is a section that lists merchants accept the PayPal.

For the aspect of evasion of his questions, it seems that you have a problem with the security of your computer. Do you have a firewall? Try to protect your computer and if possible not use to go a public computer (eg a library) or the machine shop at work.

Good luck!

His problem is simple. Get a credit card via PayPal online, they are safe. Then use a debit card for everything else. Works for me.

Paypal is very secure in my opinion and I think you can your account number for that use. So many places you can buy gift cards in advance to use for online purchases.

Also, you should use a software anti-virus/trojan/adware-protection very good. Do not use Norton ... My husband says he is one of the worst and is very experienced in working with computers and software. I recommend katperski, Symantec and BitDefender.

You can have on your computer, instead of reinstalling () with a copy of your files to get a clean slate because they have had problems with fraud.
