Topical steroids safe while breastfeeding? - clobetarol

My doctor wants to be steroids (clobetarol themes) for the treatment of my Dyshidrosis (type of eczema). He could not say whether it is safe to use while breastfeeding ... All the drugs that was released for "unknown risks".

If there are other more natural ways to treat eczema, I prefer to go in that direction. If you have any information for me?
