Mates Bed What Time Should A 14yr Old Go To Bed?

What time should a 14yr old go to bed? - mates bed

Some of my classmates go to bed at 9 clock when others go to bed at 11.30 clock! Is it a good time, I go to bed? "

Go to bed when you're tired ....... i do, at 16, and usually at midnight tired when I'm on my laptop or something, where they remain until about 5 clock, then go to the school day NXT If you do not test, where I go to bed around 11 .... Everything I say is try to at least 8 hours of sleep per night, has received the recommended amount of sleep
